“Restaurants on wheels” from the Streamline now in Ukraine
Wheeled snack bars are popular in Europe today and have become classics in America long ago. In Ukraine, street food culture is just emerging and gaining popularity. Thereby, there is a demand for high-quality and high-tech mobile kitchens. The Ukrainian company Streamline, which produces specialized trailers for European restaurants and food enterprises, has completed the first order for the domestic market.
The STL-6 food truck with special equipment was ordered by the Ukrainian food industry leader Myronivsky Hliboproduct. The company plans to introduce Ukrainians with the new products of the Bashchinsky trademark with the help of a mobile kitchen, as well as treat them to their favorite delicacies. Hot dogs and burgers with the Bashchinsky meat products are already on sale “off the wheels” in Kyiv.
The car body is made of impact-resistant fiberglass, which can withstand temperatures from -50 to +100 degrees Celsius and is UV resistant. Inside, the walls and ceiling are clad in stainless steel. Thanks to the built-in modern technology, the most comfortable space for personnel has been created in compliance with all safety standards.
“Trailers are a great opportunity to promote any product on the market. After all, they allow you to reach a new audience and make your business as mobile as possible. The trailers can be equipped both as a kitchen and an office. This is an excellent advertising medium, decorated in corporate colors with the company logo, they attract attention on the streets of the city. Previously, we supplied mobile restaurants to Europe, but we are glad that there is a demand for them in Ukraine as well, ”says Alexander Buryka, Director of Streamline.
Today, Streamline’s order book is already full by the end of the year. Specialized trailers for a Hungarian manufacturer of equipment for beer restaurants and industrial breweries are in operation. However, the company expects orders from Ukrainian restaurateurs who are actively exploring a new niche today.
